In this episode Eli and Mel break down the murder of April Tinsley, a little girl who went missing from a park in Fort Wayne, Indiana, back in 1988. Despite the numerous suspects to investigate, including a member of a Satanic gang known as “Moose” and a local with a history of being a weirdo, lots of help from a television show and a pedo-hunting club, and the killer himself taping used condoms to little girls’ bicycles, the case still took 30 years to solve. Why? Because the cops had to wait for a family member to spit in a tube!
